Express cooking
  • Cook the pasta using 100 g of pasta, 10 g of salt, 1 l of water.
  • Do not add oil to the cooking water as it decreases the ability of the pasta to bind with the sauce.
  • After adding the pasta to the water, bring it back to the boil as quickly as possible.
  • Respect the cooking times indicated on the packet.
  • Drain the pasta as soon as it is cooked.
  • Once the sauce has been added, serve within 5 minutes.
  • The product must be used in accordance with the FIFO principle (first in – first out, using the products that are closest to their expiry date first).
