Cook the pasta using 100 g of pasta, 10 g of salt, 1 l of water.

Do not add oil to the cooking water as it decreases the ability
of the pasta to bind with the sauce.

After adding the pasta to the water, bring it back to the boil
as quickly as possible.

Respect the cooking times indicated on the packet.

Drain the pasta as soon as it is cooked.

Once the sauce has been added, serve within 5 minutes.

The product must be used in accordance with the FIFO principle
(first in – first out, using the products that are closest to
their expiry date first).
