The PastaBar solution includes the single portions belonging to the First Fast
Barilla frozen foods line. There are three key words which sum up the benefits
of the range: quality, variety and convenience.
Quality is proven not only by selecting the best raw materials available on the
market and by their traceability, but also by the absence of preservatives and
additives.
Variety is guaranteed by the breadth of the assortment, which includes 9 types
of pasta (durum wheat, egg, wholemeal and filled), 10 sauce recipes (simple such
as tomato, gastronomic such as Bolognese or rich such as carbonara) and 5 ready
meals, with recipes reflecting the best Italian tradition (e.g.: Bolognese lasagne
or ricotta and spinach cannelloni). This variety guarantees restaurants unrivalled
flexibility in the menu they can offer end consumers, with almost 100 different
pasta dishes.
Finally, convenience is guaranteed by the fact that all of the items are already
dosed in single portions (250g pasta, 150g sauces and 400g ready meals), so that
a single plate portion of pasta can be provided.
