COOKING PASTA MACHINE
The final frontier in technological innovation, exclusively from
Barilla.
The product alone isn’t enough to be certain of providing a pasta
meal with high and constant quality, even in the absence of specialised
personnel and organised kitchens. This is why Barilla designed
and built a purpose-made piece of counter equipment, an integral
part of the PastaBar solution.
We refer, of course, to the CPM (acronym for Cooking Pasta Machine),
an innovative compact pasta cooker in which a boiler with boiling
water guarantees rapid pasta cooking and in the meantime a specially
designed microwave allows the sauce and ready meals to be heated
up.
The CPM’s strong points are its immediate use, reduced power absorption
(max. 3KW) and extremely simple operation.
